R&D at Exomad Green: Unlocking Biochar’s Full Potential
Research & Development
At Exomad Green, we see field research as the key to unlocking biochar’s diverse and largely untapped potential. Beyond soil regeneration and carbon sequestration, we're exploring its applications in water filtration, energy production, and more. These real-world studies help us understand how biochar can contribute to both environmental restoration and sustainable development. We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of what biochar can do—and to sharing our findings openly, so that others can join us in advancing this powerful climate solution.
Field Studies
01
Sorghum Under Arid Conditions
This study shows how biochar boosts sorghum growth in drought-prone Yacuiba, Bolivia. Results highlight its promise for farming in arid climates.
02
La Rivera
This study from La Rivera, Bolivia shows how biochar improves soil and boosts soybean yields, even in low rainfall conditions. A strong case for sustainable farming.
